COMMUNICATION SYSTEMS

Whether you are installing a new lift in a building and need a builder’s intercom, or you are wanting to install the latest lift intercom system we have the right product for you. Our systems will allow you to communicate between multiple locations to ensure safety, for not only those working on them, but travelling in them at the same time.

EM - 181

The EM-FONE 181 system allows both emergency and internal communications throughout a single lift shaft across 8 different locations. Including a sophisticated and modern design, the EM-181 requires a power supply and has an internal battery backup . It can be paired with a Pixel Gateway and the eLiioT software to access information via the cloud.

The EM-181 system consists of a Master Unit (pictured) which is placed in the machine room or MRL cabinet and connects to the Keypad Intercom Station, placed in car top/ machine room or pit and to the EM-181 Emergency Phone, placed in the lift car. The EM-181 Emergency phone is the same size as an emFONE so can be retrofitted into existing lifts.

This system requires 4 available wires in the travelling cable.

LX-8

The LX-8 range consists of a Machine Room Master which has intercom and alarm features to communicate with other locations. All communication is connected via a LAN network to a central console located in the building’s management office. Multiple consoles can also be connected to the network to provide various answer points.

A Keypad Intercom Station which can be placed in the machine room, in the lift pit, on top of the car or any other location requiring communication access and a LX-8 loud speaking phone to make calls from the lift car in an emergency. Depending on the location of the installation, internal or external speakers and microphones can be provided.
